Shes supposed to be the embodiment of a wish... not the thing you make, but the thing you make them on. You know those white fluffy balls that float arround in the air, and if you catch one you make a wish on it, set it free and your wish will come true.. one of those...
Shes granting a wish at the moment, you can tell because her eyes have gone white ....watch. A relativly quick project for me actuly, mainly because I decided to do the lineart in a different way which is far less tme consuming. The background did take some time though guys so I hope you appreciate that! The dappling was really fun to do on her, Also the patterns on her outft, I wanted them to be somewhere inbetween wood lines and a fingerprint, I like them ^^ I find those eyes quite frustrating, they just don't work that well.. think I might re-do... you can view (and even colour) the lineart here: [link] Thanks for your feedback Artwork © Alice de Ste Croix |

She looks almost ethereal and ghostly, especially with the shades you've chosen - and the glowing white eyes are a nice touch too. I also like the movement in this as well, because she really does look like one of those white fluffs just floating around in the air.
I'm loving the texture of her clothes, it looks so silky. And the red on her knees really gives her a young, almost child-like look.
She is too cute! Great job.
