Kiss from a Rose

Take a large dose of DestinyBlue, mix with a good helping of art nouveau, add a dash of Miredd, stir it in opencanvas and this is what you get!

This took so long, most other drawing I do I keep a mental note of how long this took, but with this I lost track XD well over 50 hours id say!

The girl in the drawing is actuly ~miredds character Redd, Miredd did such a wonderful drawing of Destiny for me because I caught her 20K pageview, and I just had to repay her so I offered to draw her character, I didn't expect this project to be quite as ambitions when I started, but I threw myself whole heatredly into it once I had the concept out of the way

I was very influended art nouveau style art, especially by the works of Mucha, iv been wanted to do something in this style for ages and this was the perfect oppertunity.
Im not sure why shes holding a rose, I suppose in many of Muchas pictures there are so many flowers so I had to add them somewhere.
